Is DocFila really free?
Yes — the Free plan has no time limit. It includes the scanner, PDF tools, e-signatures, 3 AI credits a month, 5 free uses of each premium tool and 1 GB of storage.
What do AI credits cover?
Document Explainer, AI Generator, Reply Generator and Smart Analysis each use one credit per run. Credits reset every month. Pro has no monthly cap.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free trial: the Free plan is the way to try DocFila, and you can upgrade whenever you need more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. On the web and desktop use Manage subscription; on iPhone and Android cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
How do I pay?
On the web and desktop, by card through Stripe Checkout, in US dollars. On iPhone and Android, through your App Store or Google Play account, in your currency.
